Shine Diversity provides personalized consulting to meet the needs of inclusion and diversity at businesses, places of faith, health care providers, universities, summer camps, and schools. Consulting includes establishing organizational policy, navigating benefits and legality issues, learning new vocabulary, guidance for how to create long term sustainable inclusivity, hiring practices, retention, HR strategy, inclusion road maps, mission and inclusion statements.

Coaching

We empower our clients to build skills in the areas of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. We operate from a unique model free of guilt or shame, and focus on accountability, curiosity, and responsibility. We welcome challenging questions and provide a safe environment to explore, learn and grow. We provide individual and group coaching.
