This training includes sensitivity awareness, gender terminology, learning how to create safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace environments, understanding what it means to be a true ally to the LGBTQ community, intersectionality, learning best practices for workplace inclusion, interactive engaging participatory activities, and tools employees can use to create welcoming safe spaces at work.
