UNCONSCIOUS BIAS

In this training participants will learn about implicit and explicit bias, the halo and horn affect, and how to overcome and unlearn bias. Participants will explore how our own internal and interpersonal unconscious bias prevent us from creating an inclusive, just, and equitable workplace. Participants will learn tools for addressing personal, interpersonal, and systemic unconscious bias. These tools will allow participants to mitigate and interrupt bias in themselves, challenge bias in others, and have productive difficult conversations.
