Racial Diversity

This training focuses on creating safe workplace environments for people of all racial backgrounds. Participants will learn about power, privilege, tools to dismantle white supremacy, and how to create working environments where all voices can be heard. This training teaches how to move from guilt and shame into accountability and trust.
